He did however pour water on himself. So, he still gets good and wet, he just doesn't sit down or try to swim like the other kids were. I think we're gonna get him a little kiddy pool for his birthday though, since he seems to like them now.
He loves everything on wheels. cars, bikes, and now scooters. He couldn't make it move more than a couple inches, but he sure had fun on it.
This is Bryje, Jenene's oldest daughter. Levi really loves her and always wants her to hold him. oh, and this is cute. Levi has never been able to say Valentino. For a while he called him mama, which I did not appreciate. And then he just stoped calling him anything at all. But, just last week he starting calling him Nano. With the "a" like yawn. So, now they call each other Hoovi and Nano. It's so cute. Nancy keeps trying to correct them, but I think we should let it go. It's so cute when they say it. The other morning when we got in the car to leave, Levi said, "Jo Jo? Nano?" We weren't going to see either, but it was sweet.
This is another one of Levi's friends, Aria. She's 3 months older than him. He doesn't call her anything yet. She's gonna be invited to his birthday party at the zoo. We're gonna have everyone meet at the zoo for a couple hours of that. Then we'll have whoever wants to follow us home, come over for lunch, cake & presents.

This is Levi showing his numbers to Pippin. His favorite one to say is 9.

Last weekend we got out Hungry Hungry Hippos. He's never played a little game before, so it was a new experience. He didn't get as wild with it as I thought he would. It seemed like he was checking it out rather than getting all excited and smacking it like crazy.

Levi being a rock'n'roller. That's his, "I've strummed my last chord" pose. He's a natural. Actually, he plays it like a bass, so we'll see.
I can't believe he turns 2 in 2 1/2 weeks. I really hope lots of people come to his party and he has fun.

"Hoovi" and "Nano" sound like superhero names.
His party sound like a lot of fun. I'm sure that it seems like time has really gone by quickly. I can't believe that he is almost two and Izu will be one!
He looks more like you than Nathan in that last picture!
Nano is cute, I think Ari is just starting to figure out our kids names, so far she calls them all "Kids"
I long to kiss him madly. His friends are so cute! I love being able to see them. Thanks for having a blog! Pippin is actually trying to learn those numbers, too. Remember when he tried to read the Bible? I love seeing Levi with a guitar. Grammy's hoping for a family band in the future. Ok. now let's see if I can sign in right,,,
