I'm behind

I'm a little behind in my blogging. We had some technical difficulties for a while. And besides that it's just a little difficult at times to actually sit down at the computer. Anyhoo, here are some pictures taken in the last month or so. One morning the four of us (Levi, myself, Gracie and Charlie) played in Levi's room. Levi and I built an entire town out of blocks and random props throughout his room. Gracie and Charlie watched from the bed. At one point they were all on the bed so...group picture. I like Charlie's paw around Levi's back.

"Yes, these are my children." says Charlie
Levi got to use Gracie as a live Canvas. Gotta get creative with little boy artistry. She gave her consent.
I'm just gonna throw in a few key pictures from Easter. I'm relatively certain everyone has seen them on Facebook already so I'll just review.

I just love these pictures of Bella girl with her dolly. It's so cute to me that she already likes babies. True little girl. If I hold the dolly up in front of her face she smiles and starts talking to the baby. She'll reach out for it and hold it like a friend.

I completed Gracie Bella's name sign in her room. Auntie Vera made the Gracie one for my shower and I love it in her room. So I decided to try my hand at it and add her equally used middle name. We really went back and forth trying to decide whether to name her Gracie or Bella and we still just call her both.
Brother and Sister have finally taken their first playtime bath and it was delightful. They both thoroughly enjoyed the company and entertainment values of doubling up for this ritual. I have a great video of it too which I'll probably end up putting on facebook, so tune in for that.
As always, Charlie is overseeing the affairs.
This looks alarming, I know, but it really was both of their favorite part about the bath. Only once did we have a water to the face issue and the guilty party was overly apologetic and repentant. Gracie just loves all attention sent her way from Levi. In the video I took, Levi is pouring water on Gracie Bella, and she is laughing in response. Levi says, "She likes me. She really does like me."

This is just a snap shot in the middle of her squeaking and talking to Levi. She's not crying...no worries. She had a blast.
A little tribute to Hawaii there for you in the Dole Plantation cup. Eventually we decided Gracie should try the next step in baby bathing and get in the upright bath seat. She's right at that age where she'll start to shakily try the seats. Time to work those abs, girlfriend. I really like Charlie's expression in this last photo.

she's so cute, I love her swim suit. And Charlie's faces are always great.

I have that very same pineapple cup. Except it says Cheeseburger in Paradise instead of Dole. They must use the same ones for their merchandise.

Hee Hee, love the expression on the dogs face. He has very expressive eyes. He seems to be taking it all in doesn't he? The kids are growing fast..

What a great bunch of pictures! I laughed hard at Charlie, he is so awesome. Love how Gracie loves her companions, brother, canine or plastic dolly. Plus she seems totally good natured. She's a peach.
