Recap

Levi's first big Holiday has come and gone. When I went to get him out of bed in the morning on Thanksgiving I took his first holiday picture. This is how he smiles every morning when we come to get him out of bed. Isn't he delightful?

Just some holiday lovin'.

Levi's Thanksgiving feast. He got sweet potato baby food, and to play with a celery stick. I didn't think he could get any celery separated from the stick...but he could. so it was taken away from him shortly after this picture. But still....

The day after thanksgiving we just decided to go get a real live Christmas tree. It's so much better than our artificial one! It smells good, and it's huge, comparatively. But we had a fun day after Thanksgiving. We decorated our new tree, and we decorated outside for Christmas. I put our old tree outside on the front porch and decorated it with blue lights and silver tinsel. And we hung ice cycle lights all across the front of the house. We went out in the madness of sales for a little bit in the morning, got our tree and a few sale items. Then spent the rest of the day with fun decorating and christmas music playing.

there's always something about him that reminds me of Alexander, but I can't decide what it is...some sort of family resemblance.

I suppose they would have some family resemblance. Perhaps it's that they both have the same complextion.

A real tree is it? It's the dropping needles that get me. But it doesn't have to be flounced each year, so there's that. I'm trying to get all my stuff up this week. I love that crib picture! What a happy little angel.
