Levi has a new game he likes to play. It's called free falling. He does it in his crib and on our new couch. He'll sit up and then just throw himself into a belly flop onto either his mattress or the couch. It's really funny on the couch, because his hair just gets total static electricity and looks like a goof. But he has a ball with it. He throws himself into the cushions and then smiles and looks around a little, then throws himself again. No fear. We save his life on a regular basis, keeping him from tumbling right off the couch.

He also has figured out how to get into our butterfly chair. That's a new thing. Pretty big deal, I
think. He just tumbles into it and then stands up to play in the chair. Again, we have to keep him from crashing to his doom, but he has a great time.

Papa also likes to play a little game. See that girly toy wand that Levi is playing with...papa doesn't so much like it, for obvious reasons. So, every time papa sees it with Levi's toys he takes it and hides it somewhere. Usually it takes us some time to find it. It was taped to the back of a picture once. But, every time we find it, it's like a new toy for Levi so, I guess that's fun.
American Idol is finally to the good part. the 12 guys sang last night and I pretty much disagreed with the judges on everyone. I always knew that Simon was rude, but last night one of the contestants said something about him that made us want to look up Simon Cowel on the Internet. Apparently he's just a grown up punk. He was kicked out of school so many times that he finally dropped out at 16. He mooched off his daddy's recording studio and tried to start his own like three times and failed each time going bankrupt. He had to move back in with his parents at 30. And apparently he finally made his break with the Power Rangers and Teletubbies! How sad. I thought he actually knew something. Apparently not. He's just some disrespectful punk who is now old enough to lord it over younger people and make them feel bad. It was so funny last night when he got mad. He definitely can't take criticism. He claims that all you have to do is "sing well" to do well in the competition. And yet he judges mostly on appearance and song choice. He's shallow, superficial and unaccomplished.
But the show is popular so I guess he found his knack. And I'm sure he'll settle for negative attention, as long as he's noticed. I find it interesting and annoying that many male Hollywood stars are just people who in their youth you would find obnoxious and lame. Well, enough of that.

love the pictures of him falling into the chair.
He's got a cute playful look on his face in that first picture.
Thank you for the support, Anna. Yes, our boys are lovely, aren't they? I think they learned it from watching Neil. And think of how Matthew is taking care of Connie. I can't wait to go through pregnancy with Naaman by my side. I know he will be amazing as always. I am still not doing great. We had to cancel our Vegas trip because I can't walk around or carry any luggage. I just hate feeling like this. Like I can't do anything. I used to be a ballet dancer so this is really hard for me.
On a lighter note, Levi is as beautiful as ever. I cannot wait to see him and hold him again in Dec. He probably won't remember us, but we can "reintroduce" ourselves while there! Did he like his Superman plate and cup? I hope so. Love the sofa, by the way.
