....

We havn't done anything interesting recently. Although, Nathan did get kicked in the face yesterday during PT. But he comes home with injuries most every day. Tomorrow we are going to the beach with a couple from Pensacola. Nathan used to work with the husband at the base in Pensacola, and they just moved here last month. So, the foreigners have to stick together.

Levi is growing and learning. A couple days ago Nathan got him a superman ball. I sat down with him on the ground and started rolling it to him. Teaching him that it's called a ball, and to roll it and catch it. He really enjoyed it. Everytime he grabbed it and rolled it back, I of course made a huge deal out of clapping and saying "yea" so he caught on pretty quickly. So today he started the game himself. I was sitting on the floor with him and he crawled over to my exercise ball (which is signifigantly larger) and rolled it to me and sat expentantly for me to roll it back. I think he's pretty good at reasoning out a situation. For instance, at first he sat in between me and the ball, which didn't work when he was trying to roll it to me. So, he stopped, looked at me and then scooted himself around to the other side and rolled it. I think that's pretty good for such a young lad. I pray he got his papa's logic and reasoning skills!

He likes to push things along the floor. He unknowingly turns everything into a car. Which means that cars are a great toy for him. It's fun to see him finally being able to play with all the toys we've been getting him for months. ;)

He also likes to bonk Benny's head with his. If Ben every is lying on the ground, Levi seeks him out and puts their forheads together. Naturally he also likes to go for the tail or feet. They're well on their way toward being best friends.

hey, just wanted to let you know that you have such a beautiful family. It's that beautiful that my face was covered in tears. I think some of us are destined to have a nice family and some of us are not. God bless you all!

oh my gosh that dog is huge.

Kicked in the face huh, that sounds pretty significant. It would be for me.

I love the picture of him at the gate with the dog!
I like reading about the new things he is figuring out. I think being a mom is fascinating in that way. You know? It's pretty crazy how they change.
So, you have an excersise ball? Do you like it? I have considered buying one.

That's cool about Levi and the ball rolling game! He's a quick study alright. I'm still cracking up over Nathan hiding the princess wand on a regular basis! Taped behind a picture-hehehehehe. Pippin will have to stand up on his legs to gaze thru that fence!
