He's a musical little person.
We visited a new church on Sunday. It has potential. We're gonna try again. They let kids in the sanctuary, and we even get to sit on the same kind of chairs as everyone else! The nurseries are actually in the same building as the sanctuary, so that makes me feel better. We will eventually use the nursery system in whatever church we attend. Their worship team was by the far the best we've seen. So, it may work out. It's in the same shopping area as our insurance agent's office, so when I saw it I figured we'd just give it try since we weren't too excited to re-visit any of the previous churches. I hope it works out.
Levi doesn't like to eat in his high chair anymore. He wants to eat with us around the coffee table. See, we don't have a real dinner table set up because we took it's spot setting up our air hockey game. But I'm gonna make room for a table somewhere, cause I hate eating at a coffee table. IT makes me feel lazy and barbaric. I want to have family dinners at a real table. Seems reasonable to me. So anyway, Levi sits in his little chair and eats at the table. I'm trying to teach him to use a fork and a plate. I have to monitor him with the plate cause it's too tempting to pick it up and fling the food everywhere. But, he's doing pretty well. He's also into feeding me. He sticks the fork in my mouth, or whatever he's eating. He thinks it's pretty fun. He smiles so big when I eat it. He likes to take care of mama.
He's also starting to get a little dramatic. Fake crying, or at least embellished crying. If Nathan scolds him, it hurts his feelings and he cries. But when I scold him...he laughs at me. What kind of justice is that?
Nathan washed and waxed his bike on Saturday, so Levi and I went outside to "help" and play in the yard. Levi thinks the grass is a little strange, but he doesn't let it bring him down.

Levi's hair is getting ridiculously long. It's thick and soft and shaggy. But I don't want it to get so long he looks like a girl or a scroungy boy. So, I think we're gonna have to do his first hair cut. I'm sure pictures will be posted of that occasion this weekend. That's what the bottom picture is for...seeing how long his hair is.

he looks like such a big boy walking in the yard!
Good news on the church, hope you like the real pastor when he is there. I've seen that cry room off the ladies room thing, it does take some figuring out.
