Levi had a lovely first Easter. We went to church in the morning, which was less than satisfying, but whatever. Then, on the way home we stopped at a park to take some Easter Pictures.

Trying to get his tie off...of course.
Once we got home, Nathan began to grill some hamburgers and hot dogs, while Levi and I talked to Grammy, Grandpop, Great Grandad, Aunt Lora and Uncle Lou who were all at my parents' house. We all have this program called Skype where we can do video calls over the computer. Pretty handy for long distance conversations.
After lunch Levi (and Nathan) had a nice long Easter nap, because on Sundays Levi misses his first nap. I watched a little bit of a Shirley Temple marathon on TV while they slept.
After the naps we played outside for a little while. Levi and I have started playing outside a lot throughout the week now that he can walk. He really likes all the action outside, and I just like to get a little change of scenery every once in a while. It's important to be outside I think. Anyway, Levi got a little push lawn mower for Easter and Nathan and Levi together got a bubble gun. Levi had never experienced bubbles before, so that was pretty fun for all. So the rest of the day was just spent playing and the likes.
We rearranged our house a little over the weekend so we can have a dining table. I'm very pleased to finally have that again. Levi doesn't eat at his high chair anymore, so we needed to get it together, man. Now he eats at the table like such a big boy.
Look at the little Easter Feaster

Cute Easter pictures. You have a skinny face, did you have your hair done recently? It looks nice.
Isabella thinks Levi looks sad in the picture when he is playing with the stick. She also has now requested a bubble blowing lawn mower, actually 3 so they can all play with them.
Great pix. Too bad about the less than rewarding church experience. You've got to email Vera and me and tell us about it, and include Nathan's comments that we all laughed so hard over. Our church service was good, altar call and hands in the air and "Lenny's band" was really good!
Happy late Easter! Naaman and I went up to see Connie, Matthew and Michael. Neil was not home and that's always too bad. We had a nice lunch together at Chili's and Naaman spent a lot of time outside with the new, sweet truck that Michael recently bought.
You have to tell me more about this Skype thing. We should do it for our side of the family too and we can tell Connie how to set it up.
(I just love Levi's tie. He looks like a miniature grown up)!
aw, a tie! He's so handsome. Jordan wore a tie for christmas and was absolutely adorable.
