Anyway, he loves his puppy. He calls him something like "Didin" When we play outside, of course Pippin is always out there too. And once Levi's finished outside, we come in the house, and Levi always turns around and yells "Diddin" out into the back yard to call Pippin back inside with us.
Sometimes when Levi is getting upset about something, I can just say, "Ah, look at the puppy. Isn't he so cute?" And Levi will smile and run over squealing at Pippin and tackle him. Pippin doesn't always appreciate it, but he's a pretty good sport.

Ah, here he is, being a secretary. Sitting at the computer, pretending to talk on a "phone." It's the plastic piece that attaches my camera to the tripod. Everything can be a phone. And, here he is playing with my pretty bracelet. He can't resist jewelry. Although, I'm sure he'll learn, under Papa's macho guidance. ;) But a mama must take pictures during each important phase.
He looks allot like Nathan is this picture. Just staring at the camera with Nathan's straight face. "Yes, I'm wearing a pretty green bracelet with a pink ribbon. You wanna make something of it?"

Oh, here we are talking on the "foot phone." A practice and tradition that must be kept alive. First me and Morgan, then me and Isabella. Now me and Levi. He can't quite pull it off yet with his own foot. He tried though. He used it as the mouth piece, instead of the ear piece.
We had a big play date yesterday morning. It was at another of my friend's house. She has the perfect house for play dates. A nice big yard, with a big shaded patio for all the moms to sit on. And bunches of toys. I think Levi enjoyed himself. He still doesn't really play with the other kids. He'll watch them, and he'll play around them. But, he doesn't touch them or really talk to them. There were allot of bikes and ride on toys, which he loves. Anything he can put a leg on either side of, he loves. And he could actually reach the ground and ride a couple of them. As you can see from the picture...he likes to ride. There's a little plastic red motorcycle at the PX that I want to get him, so he can be like Papa.

There were bunches of other kids there, yet Levi picked out the puppy to climb on and play with. Another little girl was playing with him too, but Levi wasn't really interested in her.

Here, he's actually around other children. He was a little more sociable this time than others. I think it's just his age. He's only been introduced to other babies and kids for a few months now, really. He's used to it just being us.
He played with these little boys a little bit. He walked around the yard and found these two playing in the sand box. As you can see, he walked up to the sandbox and watched for a few minutes. But, he didn't really want to climb in. So, after watching a little, he moseyed off to other things.
At one point, Nathaniel pulled Levi in the wagon for a while. It was pretty sweet. He's a very polite little boy. He turned 2 in February I think. It's amazing how much difference a year or even a few months makes in baby lives.

Glad to see Levi getting social. He is a cutie.
aahhh the foot phone, classic.
is that a movie quote, "the boy must grow to be a warrior"?
Foot phones? I need a new phone, are those for sale? I bet they're even more popular than iPhones.
