Big Boy

Levi has really been improving his speech and vocabulary steadily basically since he turned 2. He's saying full sentences and really able to just talk to us like a person. He knows things all the time that I don't' expect him to. He's had a couple words, however, that he's been saying wrong since he first learned them, and hasn't been able to switch over to the right way, even though he's capable. He's been saying his own name for a very long time. But, for some reason he's pronounced it like Daddy. No idea why, that's just the way it came out. And we've been trying to teach him to say it the right way ever since. Not in a stressful way, cause it's not a big deal. We've just been repeating it back to him and trying to help him hear the difference. But, he would have none of it. Until a couple days ago. It happened just like I assumed it would. All the sudden it clicked and now he says it right. Now when people ask him what his name is, they won't think he's talking about his father instead. Strangers in stores that he always introduces me to would ask him, "What's your name?" He would say, "Daddy" and they would reply, "Oh, is your daddy at work?" And he would just stare at them with a confused look and repeat himself. And then I would just say, "Okay. Say bye." Anyway, here's a video to show what a big boy he is.
