pumpkin time...excellent
Gracie finally got her hands on a pusher toy! By the end of the day she was walking up and down the hall with all her cheerleaders surrounding her.

This picture is sweet. Levi was sitting at the end of the hallway clapping his hands and calling Gracie to walk to him. She got excited and needed to drop to a crawl and abandon her toy to get to him more quickly.
Here she is triumphant and proud of her new skill.

I'm glad we got to do this with him. I probably would have just picked one up at the store or something less adventurous if left to my own devices with two chillins.

Just like last year, we had to keep telling him, "It's ok that they're dirty. We will clean it at home. They are all gonna be dirty!"
I love this picture. Gracie will miss her daddy this time and especially next year for the big one. They have fun together being silly and loud.

She is our little pumpkin girl. She fits right in with her red top.

So usually a pumpkin patch has a little area where they set up some hay and pumpkins for a photo opp. This place did not get that memo so I had to improvise. "ok Nathan, get that wheel barrel and follow me to the flowers"

Once we got home with the pumpkins Nathan got all creative on us and decided to make wintry decorations with them.

Get home from work and stake a pumpkin...check. Levi was a little unsure of Papa's intentions
He was definitely pleased with the outcome once it all came together though. He periodically puts his shoes on and says, "I'm gonna go check on my snowman."
Levi was, again, alarmed when Nathan took his knife to the snowman's face. He did not get the whole carrot for a nose thing. He's never mad a snowman!

That is some creative pumpkining, great snow man. I love Gracie in the background in her high chair watching.
I don't blame Levi for being suspicious of the knife to the snowface. He's so funny in his different costumes in each picture.
Okay, you've got to start posting more because when I see all the cute photos in a row my brain starts to shut down because I have too many ideas for comments and they all just float away by the time I get to the end of your post.
Anyhoo . . .
The pumpkin photos are so cute. Is it just me or is Levi looking older already? He looks so much different than his 4th birthday already!
It cracks me up that Nathan made a snowman out of pumpkins. Why am I not surprised? Very creative, though!
I liked how you said the pumpkin patch didn't get the memo on the photo op. Say what? Oh well, mamas are quick thinkers.
I still think you should start a photography business someday and take pics of OTHER people's kids. You're really good.
your family is adorable.
