just stuff

Levi got up at 6:30 this morning. I think that's pretty rude, really. But, he sees it in no such way. I tried to feed him a bottle and put him back down, but he would have none of it. So now he's playing. He's using his favorite wrapped present as a walker. He stands up with it and pushes it across the floor. He also is starting to climb over the present, which doesn't always turn out well. I hope that means he'll like the push toy we got for him.
Christmas is so close! Pretty soon he'll have oogles of toys to chose from. I'm not ready for Christmas to be over, but I am ready to not have our real tree anymore. It's pretty, and it's much nicer than fake ones. But, it's annoying. Pine needles are messy and abundant. And it doesn't matter how many times I clean them up...in about three seconds they've doubled. They must be stopped before they take over my house.

I think Levi is beginning to understand what we mean by "no." It still doesn't really phase him, but I think he's starting to consider it. It is a such a new concept for him. I can understand his hesitancy to accept it. But, he must.

Nathan has had lots of days off this week, which is always good. He's only worked a full day tuesday, and half a day yesterday. Not bad. And it'll be like that next week too. I'm just glad that he's not going to Arizonia in a couple weeks. That would have made Christmas less cheery. I know it'll still most likely happen, but not yet!
