Levi was walking in circles around the lawn chair outside, and it was just funny. So I had to take pictures. It was funnier in person, of course. But, he had one shoe on, his different colored camouflage outfit and that snake skin hat on his head, as he just walked in circles on our back patio talking and laughing. He's a funny boy. And then the picture below was his reaction when he heard the "Friends" theme song come on the TV. He brushed his hat off and went running.

He loves the Friends Theme song. He heard it allot in the womb.

Last Thursday we had a playgroup at the Beach. I almost didn't go, because Levi has never done well at the beach so far. But I figured he might be better since he's older. He was OK, but still not a big fan. He was at least not freaked out by the sand. Nor did he rub sand in his eyes, which is definitely a plus. But he still is scared of the water. He was OK with looking at it, but once it lapped up over his feet, that was just too much.
Anyway, he sat by this little girl for a little while. Her name is Anna, and she's about 6 months old.

She's a cutie. It was kinda funny seeing Levi with a little blond haired blued eyed girl baby. Who knows.

So, he did walk around on the sand, but he preferred to be on a blanket or sitting in our chair. Granted, the sand was quite warm, and it's pretty coarse here. It's made up of bigger pieces than in Pensacola. It's kind like Kitty Litter. Anyway, I think I'm gonna start taking Levi to the beach more often during the day, to try and get him used to it. If we're gonna be living on beaches, he might as well enjoy it. Plus, I might as well get a tan before I come back to St. Joe.

Here are a few "kisses" pictures. Now that Levi will gives kisses, it's a pretty common request. It's fun that he knows what we're saying, and he does it. He knows allot these days. He really did hit a learning spurt. He knows what most objects are called. He talking allot, but not everyone would be able to understand what he's saying. He repeats most words at least once.
Soon, he'll be able to tell us what he wants too.

This is what he did when I said, "Give the puppy kisses." Lunged at him with an open mouth and heart.

He's a very sweet little man. He's funny. Even though he can't speak English yet, he still tells jokes. He laughs all the time, and kisses, and smiles. I'm so glad that he's a happy little boy. I pray he'll always keep his joy.

Good idea to get Levi used to the beach. All boys need to love the water and the beach. At least all Shalz boys. Right guys? Hawaii is fun in the sun. Wish we all could have some fun there...
I want one of those kisses from Levi! I'm so glad he's a happy happy joy boy. You certainly always were, and I'll bet Nathan was too. funny about the friends song!
