He had a tupperware of crayons and colored pencils. And what he usually wants to do is just dump the whole thing out, put them back in and dump it out more. But, this time he really did color quite a bit on the paper. But that explains why the crayons are absolutely everywhere.
He loves that hat. I've probably said this already, but that's his helmet. Just like Papa's. He turns everything that he can sit on into a "Papa Bike" and makes sure he has his helmet on.And, whenever he's on his "bike" he makes the typical "vroom vroom" noises. Boys just figure these things out on their own. It's amazing.

I just love this picture. I mean couldn't that be in a magazine for something? Like...construction monthly or something?
So, on Sunday we had a housewarming party after church. The playoff games were on, so we all sat around in the living room watching the games and eating burgers and nachos. I wasn't allowed to make it a birthday party. Most the people there didn't even know it was NAthan's birthday. He's not a "center of attention" kind of guy. So, this was the only way I could make his birthday a party day. discreetly and secretively. Even if no one knew it, I was throwing the party for Nathan and his birth.
Just as a side note, I told Nathan on his birthday that we have known each other half of our lives now. And from now on we will have known each other longer than we haven't.
The normal crew was there. Lots of kids of course. I think 9 total. That's not everyone, but it's a pretty good recap of how the day went. Adults talking on the couches and kids running in and out all day.

They loudly chased each other around for the rest of the time. Levi did have a little bit of an issue with the other kids playing with HIS dog. But, it went fine all in all.

He looks so old! Levi, not Nathan, though he is a year older, he looks the same.
Love the construction hat, and your couch does look good in that room.
What a great party house! You could fit all the Hoppers in right now!
