so many costumes

This post is just full of cuteness. Bella girl taking a little bath in the sink; Levi dressing up in all kinds of things; Gracie dressing up in his cast offs; a little dance break; and one early Christmas present! I have just been taking pictures like crazy lately!

I have very little to type in this post. I loved all these photos from her sparkly bath.

This could be his poster picture for Levi, the Superhero

This wasn't actually a costume, just some regular clothes. Although to me it looked like he was dressing up as a preppy boy. He has been very adamant about picking out his clothes each morning for the past week or so. Usually we don't worry about getting dressed as soon as we get up unless we're going somewhere. But now he gets up and picks out his clothes before he even comes to wake me up. I guess it's just another version of costumes.

Gracie was walking around playing while I was taking pictures of preppy Levi. Suddenly a song began to play on my phone as an alarm, and thus she broke into a groove mid-stride. This is her "bust a move" face. And then Levi had to get up and join her in the dance party. They really don't let a single song go undanced. It's a waste.

And back to the couch to rest and resume his modeling.

At the "blue store" as Levi calls walmart, Nathan was feeling generous, so he let Levi pick out a toy. He got a swat team kit. In this picture, there is a serious explanation going on about what a grenade is.

Everyone was involved...except the photographer. Although, I was actually the princess that Levi was assigned to protect and save. It's a pretty common situation around here. My Kingdom serves me well.

I just like Nathan's expression in this one.

She is a pretty feisty little lady.

This week Auntie Vera's box of presents came and one of them needed to be opened at least a week before Christmas so...we decided to open more than one. Not ALL of them, but more than one. ;)

I love Levi's face in this one! He's so excited on Gracie's behalf. Granted he did have to be told to back off a time or two. But still, look at the brotherly love and support in that face.

This picture cracks me up. Charlie looks so possessive or something. Like Gracie's body guard. Keeping the paparazzi in check. Look at him staring me down! Really he was just being nosy and all up in our space so he could be one of the kids.

Another dolly to Love. This one's name is Dolly. Well really it's Dhali but still... And, doesn't my baby doll look perfect in this picture?

Levi's noble present from his cousins and auntie. Uncle too, I suppose. I suspect Xander had the most to do with it though. Levi can't wait to do some sword play with ya soon!

And finally, SuperGirl! or maybe the hulk, since her pants are missing. Whoever she is, she's super!

This makes me think of several years ago when Levi wore this for the first time.

And then there's this. Bella girl loves to disappear into the bathroom on her own and be mischievous. She climbs onto Levi's tooth brushing step and then just screeches in delight until someone picks her up. What's cuter still, however, is that every night she comes in the bathroom to watch Levi brush his teeth. She stares and talks the whole time and then as soon as he gets off the stool she steps up, puts her hands on the sink and opens her mouth to let me brush her teeth too. It's real cute and she was 100% the observer and initiator on that whole thing.

The fun part about all these pictures is that they are just moments throughout the day when I rush to grab my camera and capture the typical moment. Not set up or even embellished. Just the silly, fun, cute and sneaky things my kids do everyday. Though it is obvious I don't take pictures when they're acting out lesser characteristics.
